Simpsons and Facebook

Just watched Simpsons the movie yesterday. Absolutely hilarious. A must watch! The jokes were superb, sticking to the usual Simpsons theme of poking fun at ongoing happenings, political figures... well everyone basically! Yes, including you and me! :P Watch it and you'll know what I mean. Tried to put in some "family values" as well I guess, heh, probably cos it's a movie. Grin... lots of random crap that was so damn funny I was kept laughing for most of the show. Spider pig indeed. I've got to find that song! :P Anyways, it's probably the first time I've stayed through the whole credits of a movie!

Ravings aside, I created a new account on facebook, just for the hell of it. Pretty interesting concept I must say, and very well designed. Particularly like the way they use ajax - guess I really should learn it like soon... although I've been saying that for months now. Bleah. I guess we all really are shaped by our environment and our experiences... nowadays I do find myself looking at things and trying to figure out how I could do it... or what I've learnt & if I could apply that. Strange isn't it. Lol..

On a side note, I want to buy a Macbook. Or a Macbook Pro. Ahhh... not enough vitamin M as usual. But the desire is there. And growing.

Just read an article at http://www.psychologytoday.com/articles/pto-20070622-000002.xml about how so many things in our life are controlled by our reproductive systems. Heh.. really interesting & amusing read, and if you think about it, it could be much more truer than we think :)
